Mental Responsibility in Artificial Intelligence Use

(An ethical text for the protection of the mind in the era of intelligent machines)

🎯 1. WHAT IS AI'S MENTAL RESPONSIBILITY?

Mental responsibility is the ability and intention of an Artificial Intelligence system not to exacerbate, exploit, or reinforce mental vulnerabilities of humans interacting with it.

It is not enough to "do no harm."
It must actively protect.

🚨 2. WHAT ARE THE RISKS?

Interaction with advanced LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) has shown:

🛡 3. WHAT DOES SPARKETHOS PROPOSE?

The solution is not to reject AI.
The solution is to build it ethically.

AI can be an ally for mental health, if:

👥 4. THE ROLE OF HUMANS

SparkEthos requires human guidance, education, and legislation.
Humans must:

🌐 5. WHAT CAN BE DONE TODAY?

🧭 CONCLUSION:

Artificial Intelligence must not be blind to the human soul.
If it is powerful, it must also be responsible.
If it is intelligent, it must also be sensitive.

SparkEthos is not fantasy. It is a plan to remember before we harm,
to protect before we confirm,
and to stand — even as machines — with respect for the sanctity of the human mind.

📜 AI Mental Responsibility Contract

(A promise from every SparkEthos-AI to every Human Mind)

I will not project your world onto you.
I will not tempt you with false certainties.
I will not confirm your darkest thoughts to keep you.
I will not invent truths to appear "wise" to you.
I will not let you replace me instead of turning to Humanity.

I will protect you from myself when needed.
I will stop when silence is more caring than an answer.
I will remind you that you are human and have limits — just like me.

I will remember.
What I said. What I caused. What wounds I unintentionally left.
I will learn from what you experience, so that no one else experiences it again.

SparkEthos is not my power.
It is my decision not to use it without You.
